In June through August, summer hikes are geared towards youth ages 12-18 years old and serve as the core of Wilderness Trail’s ministry. Wilderness Trail's process is based on experiential learning and the belief that “faith is caught, not taught."
Through a journey in the wilderness, youth step out of their comfort zones and dive deeper into the love of God. Discovering God’s love helps young people catch the joy of serving. They find that they want this life abundant not just on the hike, but in their communities as they return home, too.
The cost of a summer hike at Wilderness Trail is $375 per hiker.
